Giving out gang cards started in the 70s. The Gaylords gave out more gang cards than
other Chicago area gangs. Remember: when you view these cards, some may appear to
be racially motivated. When at war, all methods of intimidation are used to scare your enemy.
The GLN used all tactics available to them, and all tactics of intimidations were used against the
Gaylords by other gangs.
